Which book is for me?
The right method depends on your child's age today, not how old they were when you first heard about me. Tap the age that matches and I'll point you to the right book.
Start with the short newborn book, then keep going with the full EC method as your baby grows.
Baby Meets Potty
Newborns give the clearest potty signals of any age, and this short book shows you how to catch them without a big commitment or a big read.

The Go Diaper Free book
Once your baby passes four months, or if you'd like the whole method from day one, this is my complete guide to elimination communication all the way to 18 months.

Start with the Go Diaper Free book
This is my complete guide to elimination communication from birth to 18 months, with a plan for every stage, so you can begin at whatever age your baby is right now.

The Go Diaper Free book
An easygoing toddler who's happy to go along with you does well with elimination communication, where you build the skill gradually, one small building block at a time, with no big teaching days.

The Early Potty Training Book
A toddler who's always on the move, or who has started pushing back when you try to help, often does best with a Montessori-inspired approach that puts them in charge: a few focused teaching days and a setup where they can do it themselves.

Start with The Tiny Potty Training Book
Past 18 months, toddlers want mastery, so this is a clear, gentle potty training method rather than EC. It's the book to be done with diapers for good.

Go by your child's age today, because each method is matched to what your child is developmentally capable of right now, not to how long they've been out of the womb. If you're pregnant, Baby Meets Potty is the one to read before the birth, and the Go Diaper Free book will carry you all the way to 18 months after that.
The 12–18 month window is the one place two books overlap, and the deciding factor is your toddler. A chill, cooperative toddler does well with EC and its gradual building blocks in the Go Diaper Free book. A super-mobile, very active, or slightly resistant toddler usually does better with the Montessori-inspired teaching days in The Early Potty Training Book.
Every book comes as an ebook or a paperback, the three full method books include a coach-led private support group, and you can find all of my books, board books, and gear together on the store page.
