July Ask Me Anything About EC (watch the replay)

Every month I host a "live" Q+A where you can ask me anything about Elimination Communication. It's our chance to mingle and learn about EC together.

(Because who do you know in your neighborhood who does it?!)

Today's ask me anything about EC group was awesome. I answered 19 questions, many with the same motif, and you can watch the replay here at any time. (If you click on any question, the video jumps to that part so you can just watch the ones you're curious about. And, you can sign up for the next one if you wish.)

1. Two catches caught on the air...plus other demonstrations

Branson (5 months) joined me for about half the call and I demonstrate two pee catches on the air!

The first was an intuition catch (at approx 49min:50sec). The second was a very clear signal that you can hear on the video and a catch (at approx 1:07:00 - which is 1hour:7min).

What luck!

(Actually, I work really hard to stay attuned to all 4 of my kids' potty needs, daily and nightly, and these 2 catches were a result of that hard work.)

ALSO on the video - I show what hard poop for an exclusively breastfed baby looks like - with Play-Doh. That is at 45:45. And the EC hold is demonstrated at 49:50.

So click here to watch the q+a replay if you like.

You can also view this session, and past AMAs, directly in the widget below.

Enjoy! And join me on the next one here.

xx Andrea

About Andrea Olson

I'm Andrea and I spend most of my time with my 6 children (all under 10 yo) and the rest of my time teaching other new parents how to do Elimination Communication with their 0-18 month babies. I love what I do and try to make a difference in one baby or parent's life every single day. (And I love, love, love, mango gelato.)
