Elimination Communication How-to Video #2 -Pottying Baby On-the-Go (In the Car)/ Timing

Practicing EC on the go is one of the biggest challenges for most new parents.

Here I am pottying my then 5 month old baby over his tophat potty in my car, using transition times (aka Generic Timing per my book) to potty him before putting him into the baby carrier after taking him out of the carseat.

Most babies will have held it during this transition only to go when put on the body in the carrier, whereas some will pee a little and then do the rest in the potty before being put into the carrier. Our babies are always waiting for us to offer!

Hopefully this will help you learn how easy it is to potty "on the go" - and if you need more pointers, please listen to my podcast episode on this topic: Shopping Diaper-free.

Enjoy!
xx Andrea
