About Me

Hi!
My name is Marsha. I am a mom of one sweet toddler and alongside my husband, we spend our free time playing sports, traveling, and leading non-profit volunteer committees.
My journey to becoming a Go Diaper Free Consultant began when I read an article about Elimination Communication while I was pregnant with my daughter. I filed it away in my baby folder to research more towards the end of my pregnancy. At 31 weeks I delivered my baby girl; she spent ~3 weeks in the NICU.
Around 4M, I told my husband about this different idea of putting your baby on the toilet when they had to go; I thought he was going to think I had lost my mind, but he was totally into the idea (let’s face it, who likes changing poopy diapers?). We jumped in with zero research…don’t do this!
Flash forward to her 1st birthday, I started thinking, maybe I should be further along with potty independence and perhaps now might be a good time to actually read those articles I saved! I found the Go Diaper Free website, read the books and made a plan. Along the way, I discovered the consultant training program and jumped at the opportunity to provide my community with the resources I didn’t have.
By 18M, my daughter was day and nighttime trained and her independent spirit blossomed.
I would love the opportunity to work with your family to achieve your goals with Elimination Communication or Non-Coercive Potty Training.
