About Me

I'm Tereza, wife and mom of two rambunctious toddlers. When I had my first son, the thought of potty training had me in a panic. I wanted to ditch those diapers ASAP but wasn't sure how to do it. I dreaded the power struggles and (oh, joy!) the poop! I was pregnant again and knew that I didn't want two babies in diapers. I came across the Go Diaper Free website with its amazing resources. Using the methods in the Tiny Potty Training Book, I was able to potty train my son before his second birthday.

After baby was born, I knew I wanted to do things differently this time around. At a month old, we began practicing Elimination Communication/Infant Pottying. When my son woke up from his nap one day, I held him over the sink and made a "psss" sound. Within a few seconds, he went pee! I was in shock and disbelief. We tried again after nursing and had another catch! I was immediately hooked and have been making potty a part of our daily routine ever since.

If you are about to begin potty training, just need a few pointers, or are interested in doing EC with a new baby, allow me to be your guide. I can help because I've been in your shoes. I'm a mom just like you, dealing with diaper dilemmas and toddler shenanigans. As a Go Diaper Free Certified Coach, I have the information you need to help you sail through this process. All the best to you in your journey!
